Meet Dr Lyle

Dr. Ashton Lyle was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She continued at ECU School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2019.

Dr. Lyle went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC in 2020. During her residency she had advanced training on all aspects of general dentistry with a heavy focus on interdisciplinary care of medically compromised patients. After her residency, Dr. Lyle pursued additional implant training at the Triangle Dental Institute in Durham, NC where she became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist in 2022. Dr. Lyle enjoys continuing education, as she believes it is an important aspect to providing her patients with the highest quality of dental care.

Dr. Lyle and her husband got married in April of 2024, but have called Cary their home since 2022. They welcomed their first daughter in June 2025. Although free time is scarce lately, if they find some they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, attending sporting events and getting outside to walk their miniature dachshund, Snoopy.

Dr. Lyle is hardworking and committed to providing exceptional comprehensive dental care to patients with the intent to improve their to improve their overall health, wellness and quality of life. She emphasizes personal and conservative dental care while paying special attention to prevention.
